Not like it is tagged / pinned to a specific version in the "FROM ..." ? But yeah sure, if you only update the base image (without pushing anything to github, i wouldnt know)

19:53:32<@JAA>T31M: Yeah, usually there'll be a commit for grab-base or wget-at updates, but sometimes there might not. grab-base isn't the real base image either, it builds on the official Python image from Docker Hub, so there might be rebuilds of grab-base when that gets updated in certain cases (security fixes or whatever). But I guess if your updating is manual, it doesn't matter. Just makes it harder to
