07:30:55<Ivan226>@Ryz so I tried archiving https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/107908107 which successfully saved to http://web.archive.org/web/20230507072650/https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/107908107, but I went to the archived page and am greeted with a blank page
07:31:19<Ivan226>ive saved other pixiv pages in the past, with the same blank page being shown
07:45:14<Ryz>Hmm, the image seems to be saved, which seems to be good; curious, have you tried disabling Javascript when browsing that WBM page, Ivan226?
07:45:45<Ryz>That's one of the things someone said when it comes to rendering content, some oddities have to work around to make certain stuff appear and clear out
07:50:02<Ivan226>Hmm.. let me try that
07:50:57<Ivan226>update: tried that, it just made the navigation bar disappear
07:52:27<Ryz>That is unfortunate, because when it comes to archiving, archiving JavaScript can be iffy, and it doesn't help that the Wayback Machine has roughness regarding trying to load all the stuff properly :C
07:52:49<Ryz>The image is saved, but it would require some technical knowledge to retrieve it in some way
07:54:27<Ryz>The image saved to note: https://web.archive.org/web/20230000000000*/https://i.pximg.net/img-master/img/2023/05/07/15/55/14/107908107_p0_master1200.jpg
07:55:56<Ivan226>when I normally access that i get a 403 forbidden
07:56:18<Ivan226>( if i try accessing https://i.pximg.net/img-master/img/2023/05/07/15/55/14/107908107_p0_master1200.jpg on a normal browser)
07:58:15<Ivan226>and also it seems to miss the second image
08:16:16<Ryz>Mmm, perhaps someone else can help with checking this more in-detph; just that JavaScript is tricky to archive and process through via the "Save Page' function of the Wayback Machine (shortened to WBM)
09:01:31<OrIdow6>I can't say why it doesn't play back, but I can tell you that using a playback system that's stronger than the vanilla WBM, it shows up properly
09:01:42<OrIdow6>Something too sophisticated for wombat perhaps
