23:30:27<@JAA>When the first upload finishes, the item gets reserved on the backend, and any uploads already running at that time (or waiting to be acknowledged by the backend) get killed with that error.

23:30:49<@JAA>That's why parallel uploads don't work when the item doesn't exist yet. Only the first file to finish will get uploaded successfully.
