08:27:52<atphoenix>HP_Archivist, regarding that problematic PDF from 3/3...you could upload the original file in a ZIP, and then ALSO upload a new second generation version of the PDF file created by re-printing to PDF to PDF using PDFCreator or some other PDF generator. As long as you don't select 'print as image', I'd guess the resulting file will still be searchable. And it might pass the IA validator.
