Nintendo runs a site called the Nintendo Developer Portal (https://developer.nintendo.com), which serves as the main website for authorized Nintendo game developers to retrieve documentation and SDKs, and hosts a developer support forum. With the shutdown of 3DS and Wii U digital game purchases on March 27, it is very likely that Nintendo will stop support for 3DS and Wii U

While the documentation and SDKs can easily be downloaded as packages and are not at risk of being lost, the web content and forums have not been archived and are at risk of disappearing. The only caveat is that you have to sign an online NDA, however this arguably does not mean much due to the lack of identity verification and Nintendo's lack of interest in protecting the 3DS and Wii U content (it was specifically opened up to any user registration years ago
