01:27:16<myself>years ago I laid a giant blueprint down on the bed of an equally giant laser cutter, strapped my cellphone to the motion gantry, put the phone in timelapse mode, and had the laser "cut" a very slow zigzag path with the HV PSU disabled.
01:28:29<myself>Threw the resulting pile of images into Hugin and let it stitch the panorama. It took like a day to stitch it because it was doing the whole feature-detection thing since I couldn't figure out how to hint it that the images were rigidly positioned and adjacent, but it figured it out.

10:34:06<immibis>That is a good rule for all CCC events
10:34:13<immibis>and all groups
10:35:48<immibis>At the camp it was the rule that you can't even take the photo without permission, if there are identifiable people in it. I don't know whether this is also the case for congresses.
10:36:28<immibis>it is also illegal in Germany to publish photos "of" people without their permission, even in public, but this does not apply to a photo of an event which includes people
10:44:40<that_lurker>that is a good note. Im more interesting in the stickers and the table at the end. No need for people to be in the photos at all.
