00:00:09<TheTechRobo>Ryz: could you move it to the top in the past?
00:00:29<Ryz>Yeah, it did, but a recent Firefox update made it push back to the bottom
00:00:56<Ryz>It would follow through the userChrome.css file - but the specific code doesn't seem to work anymore
00:01:14<Ryz>I thought userChrome.css was disabled, but it's still enabled because I had another tweak in the browser that's still working

06:12:16<Doranwen>Ah, the fun of trying to decide whether to pay a bunch of extra $$ for a completely brand new drive, or whether to risk an unopened box that's got some outside damage (but for a lot less $$). If I had more $$ I'd definitely go for the safest option, but I don't so I'm trying to weigh the risk of having to deal with a return or refund should it turn out to be damaged.

14:32:51<myself>I've found that taking photos of the box and sending them to support, with "would my warranty on this drive be valid or should I tell the seller to replace it?" can be interesting ammo either way.

14:35:42<myself>In one case, binoculars which had been shipped rattling around in a box with no padding, support fired back "Nikon sport optics come with a no-fault lifetime warranty. If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us again." 👀 Okay, that's a form of confidence I didn't know I needed in my life.
14:40:49<myself>Similar situation with a Toshiba drive, I can't find the email right now (maybe it was a ticket on their site?) but they were like "Yeah no, that box is wrecked. Give us the serial so we can blacklist the drive as damaged, and return that to Newegg and yell at them for us."
