18:35:29<@JAA>thetechrobo_: No, megawarc doesn't do that, and I'm not aware of any tool that does. At least not without fucking it up. We used warcio before (when we weren't aware of its horrible issues yet), and chromebot got yanked from the WBM in part because its revisit records were wrong.
