02:29:30<@JAA>A bit under an hour. It started around 23:45 and people started reconnecting at 00:41. It wasn't actually down during this time either as not all servers were affected, but irc.hackint.org only resolved to one blackholed server (or something similar) and there is no public list of all servers...
