12:25:40<kokos>the warrior-dockerfile based conatiner says Exited (0), and docker logs just have: seesaw.warrior - INFO - Project urls installed. I am guessing thats a startup message so it just shutdown soon after start.

I don't know how hard it'd be to write WARCs on Android, but in general, I wouldn't recommend trying to write code to produce WARCs in general.
