00:59:28<dave>(empirically the reddit container takes several minutes to shutdown cleanly for me, so watchtower was timing out on every update attempt because the default graceful stop timeout is 10s - bumping it to 1h per the recommended manual shutdown procedure seems like a good idea)

Assuming you're here for reddit, #shreddit has had some conversations about that. tldr: highly variable depending on your luck, people have reported being throttled at anywhere from 1-12 with no obvious pattern
