23:14:56<@JAA>So https://us.codeaurora.org/ and https://source.codeaurora.org/ are exactly the same it seems? (Except for the invalid TLS cert on the former domain)
23:15:11<zifnab06>They are.
23:15:58<@JAA>I guess 'source' is the canonical URL since that's what's linked from the website.
23:16:10<zifnab06>I believe they've migrated current projects off to https://git.codelinaro.org/explore/projects
23:16:39<zifnab06>Qualcomm is miserable with git, they tend to shove multiple projects in the same repositories with different tags. Some tags made it, some didn't.
23:17:17<@JAA><surprised_pikachu.png>
23:17:45<@JAA>Those poorly migrated repos are still on Code Aurora though?
23:18:07<zifnab06>Yup
23:18:11<@JAA>Ok, good.
23:21:29<@JAA>Do you have an example of such a repo?
23:21:54<@JAA>It'd be a good real-world test case for my WIP Git archival tooling.
23:26:53<@JAA>There's definitely a lot of duplication. I see a bunch of Linux kernel and Chromium stuff, both projects with some of the largest repos in existence. So proper archiving with deduping rather than blind bundling is probably a good idea.
23:27:33<zifnab06>Yup. I don't have an example right now - let me get back to you this evening
23:28:41<@JAA>Sure, fortunately there's a generous deadline on this one. :-)
23:28:47<h2ibot>JustAnotherArchivist edited Deathwatch (+253, Add QUIC repos on Code Aurora): https://wiki.archiveteam.org/?diff=49006&oldid=49002
23:29:40<Jake>oh, march. nice. I thought it was sooner.
23:30:17<@JAA>TheTechRobo: If it's not urgent, waiting until arkiver lands the FTP stuff in wget-at soon™ might be the best option. Plain wget does it poorly, wpull crashes, many other tools don't support it at all.
