05:51:48<@JAA>It looks like forum.readmore.de has a per-IP rate limit of 20 req/s. No errors or 429s, just stalling responses to that rate. Haven't seen that often before. It's behind Buttflare. I'm not entirely familiar with the details of their stuff, but I don't think such throttling is part of it, so I suspect it's on the backend instead.
