I find the darkest shades (like bin size 1 and 2) hard to see on the chart. The sample size of 1M results in the full vertical scale also loses some of the very large outliers at certain timescales. I wonder if a scatterplot would work better?

How is the lookback period determined there to create the graph? Also, may want to edit the text 'median/mean' to be ''median & mean', as they're not really being divided.
